1. The Win VO5 Haircare Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older as of Monday, April 10, 2006. Employees of American Media, Alberto VO5, its corporate suppliers and advertisers are not eligible.

3. The Win VO5 Haircare Sweepstakes runs from Monday, April 10, 2006 to April 17, 2006. To enter, log on to www.celebritylivingweekly.com and complete the entry form, which includes your name, address and telephone number, and submit the entry form electronically. Alternatively you can print your name, address, telephone number on an index card deliverable by the United States Post office and send to: Win VO5 Haircare, Celebrity Living Weekly, One Park Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10016. Limit one (1) entry per person or per email address. Entries in excess of stated maximum will be disqualified.
4. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Monday, April 17, 2006 for drawing to be held on or about Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at AMI's offices. Five prizes will be awarded consisting of:
